Culture Republic has two current vacancies. A Senior Research Executive post and a Marketing & Administration Assistant.  Read on for details of each.

Senior Research Executive

£23,000 – £26,000, full-time permanent. Starting salary commensurate with experience.

The Senior Executive plays a key part in the Culture Republic research team, working to ensure the effective delivery of market intelligence and research services.

The role demands a pragmatic mix of robust project management skills; expertise in hands-on delivery; an appetite for fresh thinking; a highly tuned professional radar, and the confidence to present persuasive and impactful reports to clients.

The Senior Executive works with the full Culture Republic team to provide compelling research information and content, and to make recommendations that support decision making, impact assessment, targeted communications and advocacy. This includes compiling/reporting on data, preparing and presenting statistical reports and analyses related to population trends, public and digital engagement with culture.

Culture Republic provides the tools and insights that Scotland’s arts and cultural organisations need to identify and understand their audiences. We help organisations measure and grow their attendance, participation, footfall or digital engagement, by exploring the audiences that they are reaching now; the audiences they are missing, and where to find those elusive hard-to-reach groups.
